FOOD VENDOR AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN (VENDOR) AND THE TRAP LLC.

Schedule Event Time : 6-10p

But please arrive at 5p to set up and break down at 9:30p

Send Payment of $200 to PayPal thetrapfirm@gmail.com then send this form and PayPal receipt to email thetrapfirm@gmail.com subject your company name and event.

POWER REQUESTED

1: Vendor will be present and fully operational at the event on the date(s) indicated above. Vendor will be provided with a space from which to sell your goods from Vendor is responsible to secure all required permits and licenses. 

2: Vendor will provide all food merchandise, containers, utensils, napkins, board to indicate menu and prices, sterno cans with lighter, buffet racks and foil trays keep food hot and your own staff.

Services at time stated above on the date of the event.

a. Follow all local, state and federal laws and regulations.  

b. Work from the space you are assigned. 

c. Provide a quality food product that is staffed by clean, professional and courteous personnel.

d. Plastic food gloves shall be used by vendor personnel. No contact with money shall be allowed by the persons handling food.  

e. All beverages will be by Trap Bar.

    EVENT VENDOR CONTRACT

    THIS AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN (VENDOR) AND THE TRAP LLC.

    Vendor must provide their own equipment ie: canopies, table clothes etc.
    Plastic food gloves shall be used by Vendor personnel. No contact with money shall be allowed by persons handling food.

     

    All beverages, raffles and snacks will be sold by the Trap Firm.
    All fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote the events and hall rental.

    Our events usually run from 7-10p, doors open at 6p. So you need to be ready by 5:30p.
    Set up Time: Vendors can begin set up at 5:00pm. Break Down is 9:30p
    Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.
    We reserve the right to censor any both, Vendor will be provided with a space from which to sell your goods from.
    Vendor is responsible to secure all required permits and licenses.
    You can not be late.

    REGISTRATION : Vendor Forms must be submitted one-week before the event!

      Trap Firm LLC or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during any events.
